Friday night (high)lights

Here are some highlights from Friday’s football games:

Mount Si quarterback Nick Mitchell went 16-19, 312 yards and four touchdowns in Mount Si’s 35-12 win over Kennedy Catholic.

Shadle Park quarterback Brett Rypien went 15-21, 323 yards, five touchdowns and one interception in their 62-14 win over Rogers.

Jackson’s Kenyan Foster returned two punts and one kickoff for touchdowns and one touchdown reception in Jackson’s 59-37 win over Monroe.

Cedar Park Christian’s Andrew Rickman had 17 carries for 222 yards and one touchdown in CPC’s 18-15 win over Mission (B.C.).

Eastlake running back Drew Lewis had eight carries for 70 yards, four receptions for 100 yards and one touchdown in Eastlake’s 41-7 win over Lakes.

Federal Way’s Keenan Curran had 14 carries for 308 yards, three rushing touchdown and one passing touchdown in their 62-42 win over Rogers.

For Rogers, Grayson Madland went 22-33, 321 yards, one interception, four passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown. LaGrant Pegram had four receptions for 103 yards. Kyler Ooley had six receptions for 137 yards and one touchdown. Tony Winters had five catches for 52 yards and two touchdowns.

Glacier Peak’s Spencer Pettit hit a 52-yard field goal in their 24-20 win over Lake Stevens.

Eastside Catholic running back Henry Jarvis ran for 169 yards rushing on 14 carries and two touchdowns, and 15 yards receiving on two catches and one touchdown. Sophomore quarterback for Eastside Catholic Harley Kirsch went 10-12, 158 yards and two touchdown passes. Eastside Catholic sophomore running back Brandon Wellington had a 65-yard rushing touchdown. EC’s Devon Arbis-Jackson had 84 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns – one rushing and one receiving – in EC’s 62-9 win over Liberty.
