AP high school football rankings: week 5

The Associated Press high school football rankings for week 5 are now out.

No big surprises on top – 4A No. 1 is still unanimously Camas, 3A No. 1 is still unanimously Bellevue and 2A No. 1 is still Lynden, although Tumwater did get a couple first-place votes, as well.
