State volleyball brackets now available

I’ve been waiting to see the state volleyball brackets, and they are now available on the WIAA website.

Just click on the classification you are interested in, and it will take you there:

Class 4A

Class 3A

Class 2A

Class 1A

Class 2B

Class 1B

One thing jumps out at me in 4A — the bottom half of the bracket is TOUGH! Not only does it include nationally ranked Bellarmine Prep, the defending champion, but Snohomish, Mead, Emerald Ridge, Camas and Skyline as well. Kentwood and Newport are in the upper half and could potentially meet in the semifinals.

I’ll talk more about that tournament during the week and give you my thoughts on the 3A and 2A tourneys, too.

And be sure to check back tomorrow for the final state rankings.
