Eastside Catholic football schedules Bishop Alemany

The Eastside Catholic football team has added Bishop Alemany (Calif.) to its 2014 schedule. The game is set for an 8 pm kickoff on Sept. 5.

Bishop Alemany finished the 2013 season 10-3, falling to St. John Bosco in the playoffs, and were No. 90 in the final HSFB100 rankings.

The Crusaders are the defending Washington state runner-ups and return Harley Kirsch (quarterback), Brandon Wellington (running back), Devin Arbis-Jackson (receiver) and Matt Laris (receiver).

According to National High School Football, Bishop Alemany are making plans to stay through Saturday to watch Washington host Eastern Washington at Husky Stadium. Former Warriors star Vernon Adams is the starting quarterback for Eastern Washington.
