SPSL 4A baseball tournament site changes

Due to some possible inclimate weather and poor field conditions, there are some site changes for the SPSL 4A baseball tournament today (Thursday).

Most notable is the 7 p.m. championship game between No. 1 Puyallup and No. 10 Kentridge, which has been moved from Kent Memorial Park to Heritage Park in Puyallup.

Here is the new schedule

Kent Memorial Park

Graham-Kapowsin vs. Kentwood, 1 p.m. (no change)

Federal Way vs. Jefferson, 7 p.m. (moved from Heritage)

Heritage Park (Puyallup)

Emerald Ridge vs. Auburn Riverside, 4 p.m. (no change)

Puyallup vs. Kentridge, 7 p.m. (moved from Kent Memorial)

Curtis High School (new venue)

Beamer vs. Tahoma, 4 p.m. (moved Kent Memorial, originally scheduled at 1 p.m.)

If any games are rained out before five innings, they will be reschedule for Friday (sites TBA) unless both coaches agree to a coin flip.
