West Central District softball tourneys pushed to Sat-Sun

I just got word that all of the games in the West Central District 4A, 3A and 2A softball tournaments have been rained out today (Friday).

The schedules for all three events are pushed to Saturday and Sunday.

The 4A tournament is at the Kent Service Club Ballfields. The 3A and 2A tournaments are at the Sprinker Recreation Center in Spanaway.

In the past, schools had to sign WIAA waivers to agree to play on Sundays, for religious purposes. That policy changed just this year.

Rain on either day would push the schedules into Monday. I will have updates here and on twitter (@SandyRinger1) if there are more delays. The brackets should also be updated with scores, and any rain delays, on the WPANetwork website here.
