Redmond tabs Ashley Graham as girls hoop coach

Former Redmond standout Ashley Graham is taking over as the school’s girls basketball coach.

Here is the press release from athletic director John Appelgate:

“Redmond High School is pleased to introduce Ashley Graham as our new Head Girls’ Basketball Coach. Coach Graham is a Redmond High School alum and the starting point guard for her three years in high school. She was named the KingCo 4A Conference MVP in 2003 and went on to compete collegiately at Santa Clara University. After college, Ashley played six seasons of professional basketball in Europe, and is the current owner and director of Pinnacle Hoops. Redmond High School is thrilled to bring back such an accomplished member of the Mustang family to lead our girls’ basketball program. We are confident that Coach Graham’s knowledge of the game, commitment to the community and compassion for our student athletes will continue to propel Redmond High School Girls’ Basketball in positive direction both athletically and academically.”
