VIDEO: Justus Rogers highlights

MaxPreps has these video highlights of Justus Rogers from Bellevue’s 30-0 win over Glacier Peak last Friday.

Two things to point out. The first comes at about 20 seconds. Take a look at the left tackle, Henry Roberts, who is a Washington commit. He goes 35 yards down the field to make the block that allows Christoph Hirota to score a long touchdown on a receiver screen.

Probably the most impressive play comes at the 40-second mark when Rogers throws the ball about 45 yards in the air and hits a receiver perfectly in stride, who is well covered. The play resulted in a touchdown, but was called back due to a penalty (If I’m reading my notes right, the call was an illegal man downfield, although I don’t see that in this video).
