Seahawks visit Marysville-Pilchuck

Marysville-Pilchuck had special guests at an assembly yesterday, as several Seahawks drove up to the school, including Marshawn Lynch and Ricardo Lockette (more on them in a bit).

“It shows they really care about their community and what has happened,”¬†Marysville-Pilchuck coach Brandon Carson said.¬†“Any way they can help, they’re on top of it. It’s not like a one-time thing. We came down to practice, they represented us with stickers on their helmet one week … and it was their off day, they didn’t have to do that.

“It just shows you how much they care. I know our kids, they really liked it. They’re smiling and laughing and trying to take selfies with Sea Gals and Marshawn Lynch.”

Now, back to Lynch and Lockette. Apparently, they did a good deed on the way up to the school by returning a wallet they found at a gas station to the man’s house (well, his neighbor’s).
