AP girls basketball rankings

Here are the latest state girls basketball rankings from the Associated Press, for all classifications.

Lynnwood remains No. 1 in 3A, despite the loss to Beamer (No. 3 in 4A). Interestinly, Lakeside is No. 2 and actually got five of the 14 first-place votes (Lynnwood got the others), even though the Lions have lost to West Seattle.

Some voters might not be aware that West Seattle’s two losses were to out-of-state teams. Bellevue (No. 2 in The Times’ rankings) is all of the way down at No. 5.
