Recruiting Notes: Myles Gaskin

Myles Gaskin has the sideline to himself as he leaves the Hilanders behind en route to what would have been a 60-yard touchdown, if not for a block in the back penalty called against the Irish. As it was Gaskin had four touchdowns against the Hilanders; the longest being 98 yards. DEAN RUTZ/Staff photographer

We’re checking in with Rivals.com/Yahoo Sports analysts on national siging day. Here’s what Adam Gorney, a¬†West Coast Analyst, had to say about O’Dea’s Myles Gaskin (UW).

Gaskin has an incredible first step and he’s especially agile dodging defenders who break through the line of scrimmage. Once he makes his first move, Gaskin gets up the field really quickly and basically just outruns anybody in the secondary. What’s most impressive about him is that he can dodge would-be tacklers and is really difficult to wrap up.”
