Arlington leads after first day at WesCo North 3A wrestling sub-regional

Arlington (149.5 points) is in the lead after the first day of the WesCo 3A North 3A wrestling Sub-Regional meet, which is being held at Stanwood High School.

Matches continue Saturday starting at 11 a.m. Everett is in second place with 124 points and Marysville-Pilchuck third with 112 points.

Trey Swanson (106), Danny Herrera (113), Will Rush (120), Christian Evanger (120), Jeremy Nygard (126),  Gavin Rork (126), Clayton Hunter (132), Cooper McAuslan (145), Riley Oakes (152), Ruben Crew (160), AJ Crew (160), George Spady (170) and Colton Ferro (195) are all in the semifinals for Arlington.
