No. 2 Bellevue used a dominant third quarter to pull away from No. 4 Eastside Catholic and remain undefeated against in-state competition. The two teams were deadlocked at 12 after one, but the Wolverines’ typically efficient offense heated up from both the paint and perimeter afterwords.
Three Wolverines scored at least 13 points, including Mikey Henn with a game-high 17. Bellevue now has blowout victories over the Crusaders, No. 8 Wilson and 4A No. 2 Federal Way during its impressive season.
Bellevue faces No. 1 Garfield this Thursday at 4:45 p.m. in a semifinal game at Bellevue College.
