WIAA amendments restrict summer football turnouts, classification counts and more

You might find some of the amendments recently passed by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association of interest. One restricts what had been an ever-growing trend toward more team football workouts in the summer, limiting them to 20 (10 with full contact).
