I overlooked him, so he gets his own thread:
Right-hander Sean Teague, who pitched two years for Bellevue Community College and was all-league in 2006, was taken by the Florida Marlins in the 25th round. He played at Eastlake High School for J.T. D’Amico, now UW softball assistant. Teague pitched for Southern Poly Tech in Georgia this spring, leading them to the NAIA World Series in Lewiston.
This report comes from BCC coach Mark Yoshino, who adds that Teague pitched a perfect game this spring. Another BCC product, Kirk Wetmore, went to the Indians in the 11th round.
