Injury issues cleared

Our access out here for the day is over, and there isn’t a whole lot of news.
Tyrone Willingham said that all the key players who have been injury questions — Greyson Gunheim, C.J. Wallace and Dashon Goldson — took part in practice to at least a limited extent Tuesday and should be available Saturday.
The only player wearing red on Wednesday was safety Chris Hemphill, who has been suffering from a thigh bruise.
Willingham said two true freshmen are sure to play Saturday — FB Paul Homer and LB Donald Butler — at least on special teams.
There remains no news on the players whose academic status is pending, notably Ashlee Palmer.
Some of you have asked some TV-related questions. I’ll attempt to answer those in one of our stories planned for Thursday’s paper. Also coming tomorrow is our college football special section.
And also coming tomorrow will be my first regular appearance of the year on “Walking the Dogs” on KJR-AM with Mike Gastineau. The regular time for the show this year is 6:35 p.m. on Thursdays.
