Two-deep unchanged

A couple of quick notes before heading off to the Monday press conference.
The depth chart for this week is out — you should be able to get it here — and it includes no real changes. About the only one is Walt Winter listed as the backup tight end to Johnie Kirton ahead of Tim Williams. Both Winter and Williams saw slight action Saturday, but the fact Winter is now listed No. 2 speaks to how quickly he has apparently picked up the position. He moved over last week after the injuries to Michael Gottlieb and Robert Lewis.
There is no change at QB, RB or in the secondary.
Also, here’s today’s story from Fresno with an interesting quote from Pat Hill about how important he thinks this game is to the Huskies and to Tyrone Willingham.
Hill says the Huskies are “going to draw a line in the sand” that this is a game for UW’s second-year coaching staff to “make a statement.”
I think Hill’s right and I think that will be the theme of the week for this one.
Also, it’s just been announced that the UW-UCLA game on Sept. 23 has been picked up by TBS and will kick off at 4 p.m. So that gives UW at least five TV games this year, with surely more to come.
