No circle time for Willingham

I referenced this column on Friday by Oregonian John Canzano that talked about a Washington booster group called “The Circle” that is so influential that Tyrone Willingham attends its meetings.
The column also said that Willingham would write lengthy hand-written summaries each week to a donor who was unable to attend.
All of the references to Willingham are incorrect, according to University of Washington sports information director Richard Kilwien.
Kilwien said there may be a group of boosters that meets each Monday, but that Willingham doesn’t attend meetings of such a group.
“There is not a group like that that Tyrone is involved with,” Kilwien said.
