Baggett in mix for WR coaching job?

Reader Jason Eckard posted that he’s heard that Charlie Baggett will be Washington’s new wide receivers coach.
I can’t confirm that, but it does make a lot of sense.
Here’s a bio of Baggett that details his extensive coaching experience, including serving as the receivers coach of the Miami Dolphins for the past two years. Baggett lost his job when Nick Saban left for Alabama and Baggett was not retained by new Miami coach Cam Cameron.
As the bio details, Baggett attended Michigan State the same time as Willingham and the have been close friends ever since. I detailed much of their relationship in this story in the Times last year. Both grew up in North Carolina, and Baggett was the QB for Michigan State who got hurt in 1973, which opened the door for Willingham to take over and start four games.
As Baggett’s bio details, among the players he has groomed is Randy Moss during a stint with the Minnesota Vikings. He’s also been the coach for the likes of Nate Burleson, Antonio Freeman and Muhsin Muhammad.
The Huskies are in need of a new receiver coach after losing Eric Yarber to Arizona State last month.
