One WR coach candidate headed elsewhere

You can scratch D.J. McCarthy as the next possible receivers coach at Washington as he has instead been named to the same job at LSU.
Here’s the story, detailing how McCarthy is leaving UCLA to take over at LSU.
McCarthy is a former UW receiver who was known to have his eye on replacing Eric Yarber here.
Maybe this is a sign that the Huskies are getting close to naming someone else, though there has been little official word on Washington’s search process.
Others rumored to be involved in the UW search are Charlie Baggett, a longtime NFL receivers coach and also a longtime friend of Tyrone Willingham — the two played together at Michigan State — and Darryl Jackson, who coached receivers at Arizona State from 2001 through last season before losing his job when Dirk Koetter was fired.
