Can Baggett stop the carousel?

I wrote a little more today about the hiring of Charlie Baggett.
In the story, I pointed out that he is now UW’s ninth receivers coach since 1997, an almost unbelievable lack of stability at such a key spot for a Pac-10 school. Granted, the team has had four head coaches during that time, so the entire staff has had a lot of turnover.
Still, nine in 11 years seems pretty crazy.
Here’s the list:
1994-97 — Scott Linehan
1998 — Cary Conklin (Linehan switched to QB coach after Bill Diedrick left)
1999 — Karl Dorrell (Conklin fired along with most of the rest of Lambright’s staff)
2000 — Tarn Sublett, Steve Axman (After Dorrell left for NFL, Axman and Sublett, a grad assistant, shared duties, though Sublett did most of the work).
2001 — Jon Pettas (After Sublett left, Pettas was hired as a GA to handle the receivers. Pettas had been a longtime full-time coach).
2002-03 — Bobby Kennedy (GA’s typically stay only a year or two, so Pettas left for a full-time job and Kennedy took over).
2004 — Axman (Kennedy left for Texas and Axman returned).
2005-06 — Eric Yarber (Axman fired with Gilbertson’s staff)
2007 — Charlie Baggett (Yarber left for Arizona State).
