Monday notes

Sorry, not as much time today as I would like today so this will be a short post.
There wasn’t a whole lot of new news today on the UW football front anyway, however.
I did, however, talk a little bit with Morgan Rosborough today,
who is affectionately called “House” by teammates for obvious reasons. Rosborough is listed at 6-6, 375.
He said he actually weighs about 370 pounds, down from the 400 he weighed when he signed with Washington in 2005 and from the 390 he weighed when he showed up that fall.
He says he’d like to get down to “probably 350 or 360” or so next fall.
Still, he looked pretty good Saturday running with the first team at left guard throughout the scrimmage.
“I get off the ball quicker than I did before and I’ve got more stamina,” he said.
Losing even more weight, he said, would make improve each aspect of his game that much more.
Rosborough is in a battle with Jordan White-Frisbee to replace Stanley Daniels at LG. White-Frisbee is also earning praise from coaches for his play as his foot injury appears not to be a factor at the moment.
— The only injury of note right now to a regular is the shoulder injury suffered by Juan Garcia last week. He appeared to still be out on Monday with Ryan Bush again working with the first team.
