Kravitz out, Sylvester to fullback

The Huskies’ depth chart for this week is out and the big news is that Luke Kravitz’ hand injury is apparently serious enough that he won’t play this week.
He isn’t listed on the depth chart — which usually means a player is out. We should get more definitive word later today at Tyrone Willingham’s press conference.
Instead, there are two new names instead playing backup at that spot — true freshmen Austin Sylvester and Tobias Togi.
Sylvester is from Reno, Nev., and was recruited to UW to play linebacker, but he played fullback in high school, as well. He’s listed as 6-1, 245 pounds. Togi (6-0, 230) is a walk-on from Evergreen High in Seattle.
Sylvester played on special teams at Syracuse.
Fullback is obviously a key position in UW’s offense this season so we’ll see how this impacts things.
You can find the complete depth chart at GoHuskies.com.
In other notable moves on the depth chart, Byron Davenport is listed as a backup cornerback, apparently signifying his hamstring has improved enough so that he can play; and Ben Ossai and Cody Habben remain as either-or at left tackle. Also, Donald Butler and Trenton Tuiasosopo are listed either-or at middle linebacker.
