Lou Gellerman to retire

Lou Gellerman, the longtime P.A. voice at Husky Stadium, will retire effective immediately, the school just announced.
Here’s the official release from GoHuskies.com.
As the release explains, Eric Radovich — who handles the P.A. duties at Hec Ed — will take over for the rest of the season.
As the release also explains, Gellerman says his hearing isn’t what it once was and that he can’t do the job “to the quality that Husky fans deserve.”
Gellerman will say his patented “Hello, Dawg Fans” one more time before the USC game and then turn over the microphone to Radovich.
