Cody Bruns commits, Lappano candidate at WSU?

Prosser WR Cody Bruns has committed to play for Washington — here’s a story our staff put together a little while ago.
This is commit number 16 for UW this year and one of the must-gets in the state of Washington, so this is obviously good news for the Huskies.
Bruns is one of at least two players sure to be a receiver in this class, joining speedster Jordan Polk of Portland.
And he helps fill what is one of UW’s biggest needs heading into next season with the graduation of five seniors. With Devin Aguilar and Anthony Boyles apparently on track to enroll in January (Boyles still has to be cleared by the NCAA Clearinghouse) the Huskies will definitely have some talented bodies, on paper, to help fill those spots.
LAPPANO CANDIDATE AT WSU?:
In other news tonight, UW offensive coordinator Tim Lappano is said to be on the list of possible candidates for the vacancy at WSU. Lappano spent five years on the staff at WSU from 1987-91, serving as offensive coordinator in 1991 when Drew Bledsoe was quarterback. He’s also a native of Spokane who attended Idaho, so he has a lot of ties to that area.
