Huskies to make pitch today

As mentioned yesterday, a UW contingent is in Olympia today to meet with the Senate Ways and Means Committee to pitch the school’s proposal for $150 million for a renovation of Husky Stadium.
As this story mentions, the meeting is at 3:30 p.m.
Interim AD Scott Woodward, football coach Tyrone Willingham and former Gov. Dan Evans, head of the Husky Stadium renovation committee, will represent the school. UW president Mark Emmert is in Washington D.C. on other business and unable to attend.
