UW’s players of the week named

Here are UW’s players of the week, which we received after the press conference:
Offense: Willie Griffin
Defense: Donald Butler
Scout — defense: Anthony Boyles
Scout — offense: Bradly Roussel
Scout — special teams: Adam Long
To clear up confusion, Boyles is still a receiver and Roussel still an LB. But they are honored for working for the offensive scout team against the defense, or the defensive scout team against the offense.
Boyles has been a player we haven’t heard a lot from this year after it was decided in about the fifth week that he would redshirt. That he was honored, however, shows he’s obviously impressing the coaches with his work in practice, which can only be a good sign for his future.
This is at least the second time this year Roussel has been honored as he has been earning a reptuation for his intense play in practice.
