Sunday morning notes

An edition in which we answer the questions — are there any new Huskies, and can Nick Daschel ever say anything nice about UW?
— RealDawg.com is reporting that linebacker Tim Tucker of Narbonne High has committed to UW. That’s the same HS as former Husky Roy Lewis, among others. Scout.com, however, reports that Tucker still has a visit planned to Oregon next week.
— Scout.com is reporting that Hawaiian DT Semisi Tokolahi has reaffirmed his commitment and is now in the solid verbal category. Depending on the counting, that gives UW from 14-16 commitments.
— In his latest dispatch for Buster Sports, Daschel says the Huskies may be a sleeper in the Pac-10 next year and pegs them eighth in his really early conference rankings ahead of Arizona and WSU.
All for now.
