Huskies sign Wallace’s younger brother

No sooner did I complete the last post than Scout.com unveiled another report of a new Husky, though this one for the Class of 2009 — Jordan Wallace, the younger brother of former Husky and current Seahawk C.J. Wallace.
The 6-foot, 208-pound Wallace will apparently be an outside linebacker for the Huskies. He had 135 tackles this year as a senior at Grant Union High in Sacramento. Sounds as if he didn’t have a lot of other offers but was beginning to draw interest, in part due to missing much of his junior year due to an injury.
UW has yet to confirm that he has actually signed, but assuming he has, he will be the 19th player for the class of 2009.
