Always something out there to read. …
— I’m a little late on some of these but what the heck. Here is one reason for optimism for every Pac-10 team from the always cheery Ted Miller of ESPN.com. Miller calls UW of 2008 the most talented 0-12 team in college football history, which raises the obvious question of who were the others. Sounds like a June blog entry.
— SI.com’s Stewart Mandel says the return of Jake Locker is one of the 10 most compelling story lines of the off-season. (And the Pac-10’s well-represented throughout).
— Here’s a Chicago Tribune story on the coaching staff changes at Notre Dame mentioning the apparently impending hire of Randy Hart as D-line coach.
— Tennessee’s Lane Kiffin has now moved ahead of both Steve Sarkisian and Paul Wulff on the violation-o-meter with his latest misstep while giving further proof of the wisdom of the Huskies to take a pass on him.
Nick Daschel of Buster Sports with some notes from around the Pac-10.
All for now.
