— First, here’s a look at UW’s schedule poster for this season. This is also what the front of the media guide pretty much looks like — no schedule, but the photo montage is the same — that will be handed out at Pac-10 media day tomorrow in Los Angeles. As always, interesting to see the players the team is highlighting. In this case, they are Jake Locker, Daniel Te’o-Nesheim, D’Andre Goodwin and Donald Butler.
— And former Husky Chris Hemphill was named the Defensive Player of the Week in af2 this week. And interesting as well to note he’s listed solely as a UW alum — he said he had graduated from Washington before playing his final year at Central Washington.
