Afternoon notes

A few notes to pass along before heading to practice. …
— The United Football League announced its complete rosters for its upcoming inaugural season and the list includes three former Huskies —- Sonny Shackelford with the California Redwoods, Tony Parrish with the Las Vegas Locos (and these names are making me loco) and Rich Alexis with the New York Sentinels.
— ABC has announced that the UW-USC game will be seen in roughly 52 percent of the country, including the entire West Coast and most of the Northeast. You can see the coverage map here.
— Here is ESPN.com’s Ted Miller’s final analysis of Saturday’s game.
— If you’re curious, here’s USC’s travel schedule for this weekend.
Phil Steele picks USC 34-21, calculating that USC will run and throw for 235 yards while UW will run for 95 and throw for 200.
— An ESPN.com columnist says take USC and lay the points.
Chris Polk isn’t allowed to talk to the media this week but the AP wrote this story about him anyway.
All for now.
