UW-Stanford to get TV airing on FCS

Good news for UW fans.
The Pac-10 just just announced that it has struck a deal for the UW-Stanford game to air on Fox College Sports on Sept. 26 at 6 p.m.
The game was not picked for any of the regular TV time slots, and when UW asked for the game to be moved to 4 p.m. so it could be aired on FSN in the Northwest, the Cardinal athletic department balked.
But subsequent discussions came to decision today to have it air on FCS. That’s Channel 415 on Comcast in the Seattle area.
It will also apparently air on the University of Washington campus cable system on-campus. That just means it will be shown in dorms and the student union and anywhere on campus where the university cable system is available.
