This week’s TV information

A quick entry to remind everyone of the TV situation for this week.
The game kicks off at 6 p.m. and will be televised live on Fox College Sports (not to be confused with Fox Sports Net — it’s a different entity of the same company). FCS is on Comcast Channel 415 in both Seattle and the Bay Area. It is also 617 on DirectTV.
The announcers will be Sean Farnham, the former UCLA basketball player, Yogi Roth and Samantha Steele on the sidelines.
Roth should have some particularly interesting insight into the game as he was a graduate assistant at USC the last few years, working directly with Steve Sarkisian. Roth was offered a job as QB coach at UW before deciding to stay in LA and pursue broadcasting ventures.
Sark’s blog had a writeup earlier this week on the relationship between Roth and Sarkisian and why Roth decided to stay in LA.
UPDATE — I forgot to include in the first writing of this that the game will also air on the UW campus on the campus-wide cable system (that is not UWTV, the channel that is available in the Seattle area, but solely the campus-wide TV system available in dorms and what not).
