Huskies, Arizona a “pick ’em”

The opening line for Washington’s next game Saturday night against Arizona is out, and the oddsmakers apparently have no idea how it will develop, installing it as a “pick ’em.”
So we’ll see if the betting public decides it knows better and puts enough money on one side or the other to sway the line.
The Huskies are 3-2 against the spread this year, covering against LSU, USC and Notre Dame.
In other Pac-10 lines for next week, the Stanford at Oregon State game is also a “pick ’em,” while Arizona State is a 21.5-point favorite at Washington State and Oregon a six-point favorite at UCLA.
USC and Cal are each off next week. The Bears originally were scheduled to play at UW on Saturday before some changes in each team’s schedules were made eventually moving that game to Dec. 5 at Husky Stadium.
