Huskies favored by 26

The Huskies have been installed as 26-point favorites in Saturday’s Apple Cup game over the Cougars.
As far as I can tell, that’s the biggest spread in the series since UW was a 34-point favorite at home in 1991, the year the Huskies won the national title.
The line for this week is a little higher than I thought it might have been. On the other hand, WSU hasn’t come within 21 points of anyone on the road this season and has been outscored 216-50 in five road games this season.
In other Pac-10 lines:
— Arizona is a 3.5-point favorite at Arizona State;
— Stanford is a 10-point favorite over Notre Dame at home;
— and USC is a 13-point favorite over UCLA at home.
