Sunday links — updating things at BYU, Nebraska

A couple of football links for the 10 minutes or so you can peel away from thinking about UW basketball today. …
— Nebraska, one of UW’s three non-conference foes next season, beging spring practice soon, and here’s a really good preview of the team heading into those drills addressing every position on the field.
— BYU, UW’s first opponent next season, wrapped up the first week of drills on Friday and it sounds as if Jake Heaps continues to be the most impressive QB. There’s a good breakdown of BYU’s QBs in this question-and-answer session with one of the team’s cornerbacks.
— Here’s one of the more well-thought-out stories I’ve read about where things stand at Oregon right now.
— A few more Pac-10 links from Ken Goe.
— For conference expansion fans, here’s a good read on what the Big 10 might do (though I’d argue that this year’s basketball issues in the Pac-10 haven’t had anything to do with why the Pac-10 is looking at expanding).
— Here’s an Atlanta writer who thinks the Falcons should take Daniel Te’o-Nesheim in the fifth round.
All for now.
