Thursday morning links — another new Husky?

Had some links ready to go when I saw there was news of yet another new Husky.
RealDawg.com reported that Aubrey Coleman, a TE/DE from Walnut, Calif., has committed to UW (and not to be confused with the college basketball player of the same name.) Dawgman.com has since confirmed it, both sites relying on unnamed sources, however. He would be the fifth commit for the Class of 2011.
Here is a highlight video. His Scout.com profile lists him at 6-6, 215, but otherwise there isn’t a lot of info out there on him. It’s the second commit of a prospective linemen from California in two days, however, showing the Huskies are being aggressive about addressing what remains the major issue for this program going forward.
IN OTHER NEWS. …
— The Oregonian examines whether Mike Bellotti was actually fired as athletic director and provides a few other links around the conference.
— ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. continues to list Donald Butler as the No. 3 inside linebacker available for the draft.
— Horror of horrors!! Nebraska has yet to sell out its spring game.
— Things got pretty intense at Syracuse’s practice yesterday.
A reminder — UW will hold its second spring practice today at 4 p.m. at Husky Stadium. I’ll have reports here later.
