Tuesday early practice notes

Practice has begun at UW under cloudy skies, but no rain and warmer than it might look, though a wind coming up.
A few notes, followed by a few pictures:
Clarence Trent is at practice, so we can put that to rest for now.
— WRs Cody Bruns and Jordan Polk are sitting out today. Not sure what Bruns’ situation is. Polk hurt his hamstring in Saturday’s practice though it’s not considered serious.
— A new walk-on has joined the team — defensive back Laroy Chase of Lincoln High in Tacoma.
Justin Glenn, who had been limited Saturday, was in full pads and working with the main defense during the early part of drills.
— One interesting personnel move as Alameda Ta’amu was with the backups during the opening part of practice with Tyrone Duncan and Semisi Tokolahi working with the main defense at DT alongside Cameron Elisara.
— The three TBs working with the main offense to start out were Chris Polk (in half pads and in red but doing some non-contact stuff), Demitrius Bronson and Johri Fogerson. Deontae Cooper and Jesse Callier were with the backups.
— Among those visiting practice today are 2010 signees Erik Kohler and Ben Riva.
Now a few pics from practice:
