Husky Central holding grand opening Friday

Husky Central, billed as a one-stop shop for all things Husky in downtown Seattle, will celebrate its grand opening Friday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
It’s located at 4th and University in downdown Seattle (here are more details on Husky Central).
Husky Central includes a store, visitor’s center and reception area run by UW Professional & Continuing Education, according to a school news release.
The grand opening will include a live broadcast on KJR-950 from Dave “Softy” Mahler and appearances by UW football coach Steve Sarkisian (10 a.m.), men’s basketball coach Lorenzo Romar (10:45 a.m.), golf coach Matt Thurmond (10:30 a.m.) and a few others.
