Tuesday p.m. links — Steele ranks UW’s schedule among toughest in nation

Thanks to ESPN.com’s Ted Miller for reminding me that I’ve been overlooking some good stuff lately on Phil Steele’s blog
Yesterday, Steele ranked the schedules of every team in the nation from hardest to easiest, and has UW at No. 7, with the third-toughest schedule in the Pac-10 behind UCLA (No. 3) and Oregon State (No. 6).
He has Oregon playing the easiest schedule in the country this year at No. 55 nationally.
IN OTHER NEWS. …
— Here’s more on Steve Sarkisian’s interview on 710 ESPN Seattle today.
— Miller also has a good wrapup of expansion-related links.
Scott Wolf reports that as of about 1 p.m. today, no one at USC had heard anything from the NCAA. And he notes what others have — it almost certainly be released tomorrow (Wednesday) with the Academic Progress Rate reports coming out.
— The National Football Post has a post-spring wrapup of the Pac-10.
— UCLA has extended its deal with Adidas, the only Pac-10 school not affiliated with Nike.
All for now.
