Monday night links

Catching up on a few links from over the weekend, and it’s pretty much just a random collection of stuff:
— First off, saw that a reader posted that former Husky David Freeman is now at San Jose State. Indeed, this actually happened a while ago — here’s a story from when it was first announced in February.
— Former Husky Joe Lobendahn led Winnipeg with eight tackles as it won its CFL opener over the weekend. He was also recently named a team captain.
— Former Husky Kai Ellis, now with Edmonton, was featured in an article on the return of the CFL to Ottawa.
— The National Football Post wonders if Arizona can compete for the Pac-10 title this year.
— USC signee Seantrel Henderson has reportedly visited Miami as he explores options in the wake of sanctions for the Trojans. However, so far he’s the only player apparently lookinig to leave solely due to the sanctions.
— WR/DB Devon Blackman of Fontana, Calif., generally regarded as a top 100 recruit for 2011, is reportedly no longer considering UW.
All for now.
