Thursday p.m. links

Links so hot I’m sweating — or maybe that’s just that big, yellow thing in the sky I’d forgotten exists until the past few days. …
— Here’s a report on the Maui camp experience of QB Brett Hundley, generally regarded as UW’s top QB target for the Class of 2011, where one of his counselors was Joe Montana. Also in attendance was 2012 recruit Jeff Lindquist. Maybe the best part of the story is the note that Hundley’s HS team begins training camp Monday in Snowflake, Ariz. (in the winter, it should really switch names with Sunnyside, Wash.).
— Florida State has launched a web site to promote Christian Ponder for the Heisman. And to answer the question in the story, the Jake Locker site that is linked is not operated by UW. Washington has yet to launch whatever web presence it will put in place for Locker.
— Pre-Snap Read assesses how well USC is weathering the storm.
— Here’s a feature on former UW LB Joe Lobendahn, who is having a nice career in the
CFL.
— Here are some good previews of UW’s non-conference opponents — Nebraska, BYU and Syracuse.
All for now.
