Wednesday lunch links — Foster to represent UW at Pac-10 Media Day

First off, here’s the list of the coaches and players that will be represented at Pac-10 Media Day, and in something of a surprise, linebacker Mason Foster will attend for UW rather than QB Jake Locker.
I think the assumption was that Locker would be the guy for the Huskies given the other steps the school has taken to promote him. But looks like the school also wanted to put a little spotlight on Foster, who looms as the team’s best defensive player.
