Monday morning links — Single-game tickets on sale today

It’s beginning to feel a lot like football. …
— Indeed, the firstn practice is now just two weeks away. And the Huskies now have single-game tickets available, though as the story notes, the Nebraska game is pretty close to a sell-out.
Ted Miller has links to the new Pac-10 football video and logo, which will be officially introduced on Tuesday as the conference holds a media event in New York and at ESPN. UW coach Steve Sarkisian and QB Jake Locker will represent UW back east, then Sarkisian and UW LB Mason Foster will represent UW at the official Pac-10 Media Day Thursday in Pasadena. I will also be in Pasadena and blogging throughout the event. You can follow the unveiling on the Pac-10’s Twitter page.
— Pre-Snap Read says the key game for UCLA is at UW on Nov. 16.
— Rivals.com’s Mike Huguenin’s weekly Monday look at the week that was in college football is always a good read.
— Here’s another preview of Nebraska.
— I’ve gotten a few questions about the UW football roster that is on-line. It simply hasn’t been updated (note that it says it is the “spring” roster) so that’s why none of the incoming frosh (other than the guys who had already enrolled) are included and why some of the guys who have since departed are still on it. I would expect it to be updated soon, with media days and the start of practice almost here.
All for now.
