Tuesday early practice notes

100_1667.JPG
A sunny day has greeted the Huskies for the second practice of the 2010 season, one that included a heavy dose of special teams early — that’s Erik Folk kicking out of the hold of Cody Bruns during an early drill.
And to the far left of the picture is Alvin Logan, who is continuing to help out with the Huskies this season after deciding last month to give up playing football due to chronic knee issues.
In the only real personnel note, it looks like Quinton Richardson is sitting out the practice today due to the back spasms he suffered late in Monday’s workout. Everyone else appears to be good to go, however.
As mentioned at the top, lots of special teams work early on, and among those working out with the punt returners were freshmen Taz Stevenson and DiAndre Campbell.
