Thursday practice notes

After Thursday’s practice Washington coach Steve Sarkisian said his team put together a solid week of work coming off the bye week.
“It’s been a good week,” Sarkisian said. “I thought our guys came back off the bye really energized and excited to practice. I thought we had two really good, physical days on Tuesday and Wednesday.”
The Huskies continued to play “Tribute to Troy” throughout practice, but overall there wasn’t much news.
Victor Aiyewa returned after missing most of Wednesday with a dislocated finger. Anthony Boyles has a sprained ankle and won’t be making the trip to USC.
“I thought, all in all, it was a good week, a fresh week,” Sarkisian said.
