The latest news and analysis on the Montlake Dawgs.

October 24, 2010 at 9:47 PM

Sunday night links — and listen to Husky Roundtable tomorrow at 8:20 a.m.

The cobwebs are beginning to clear out after a long weekend in the desert.
We’ll talk about all of it tomorrow on the Husky Roundtable at 8:20 a.m. on KJR-AM 920 on the Mitch in the Morning Show (which you can access here). The Roundtable features Hugh Millen, Chuck Nelson and me, along with Mitch, discussing Saturday night’s game and maybe looking ahead to Stanford.
IN OTHER NEWS. …
Bud Withers takes a look at the Pac-10 weekend that was and tabs Matt Scott as the Offensive Player of the Week.
— GoHuskies.com says the Huskies are ready to move on and also includes a link for watching Steve Sarkisian’s press conference tomorrow at noon.
— Since it was a late game, the stats page was updated a little later than usual, so here they are in case you missed them.
— A few leftovers on the game from the Arizona Daily Star.
— ESPN.com’s Ted Miller still sees the Huskies making a bowl game, calling for them to qualify for the Vegas Bowl.
— One of Stanford’s best receivers, Chris Owusu, didn’t play against WSU due to an undisclosed injury but said he hopes to be back against UW. Owusu returned the opening kickoff for a TD against UW last season. Also, Stanford’s leading tackler Delano Howell, a safety and the younger brother of former Husky Dan Howell, also sat out against the Cougars and it’s unclear if he will be back.
— Meant to get this up earlier — TaylorTakesATaste.com visited UW for the Oregon State game as part of her Tailgating tour around the country. Here’s the report.
— Auburn and Oregon are 1-2 in the BCS standings.
— Former Husky QB Ronnie Fouch threw for 330 yards but also had a critical interception as Indiana State lost to North Dakota State Saturday.
— Former Husky Jerramy Stevens is back in trouble.
All for now.
