Thursday links

I’ve got some other commitments this morning, but a few quick links before I go (and a salute to all the Veterans out there).
— For my story for today’s paper, I talked with ESPN recruiting analyst Greg Biggins and got some of his thoughts on UW’s recruiting class. The specific question was if the recent losing is impacting the effort in any way. Biggins said no. I’ll print more of what Biggins had to say later today.
— The Times’ editorial page opines on Scott Woodward’s comments.
— With the obvious struggles of Washington up front in recent games, interesting to read Ted Miller’s story today on Oregon’s O-line.
— Miller also has his picks for this weekend.
Jon Wilner calls Washington “the most disappointing team in the conference.”
— The LA Daily News offers a UCLA practice report as does ESPN.com.
— Interesting look at how Arizona made its coaching decision in 2003.
— Here’s an interesting feature on a Pac-10 official.
All for now.
