Holiday Bowl matchup confirmed — Here’s ticket info

The Holiday Bowl matchup of UW and Nebraska has become official.
You can find official info here at GoHuskies.com.
Also, here is a link to ticket information.
And here is a link to the Holiday Bowl web site.
UW is 0-3 in the Holiday Bowl, losing to a Colorado team coached by Rick Neuheisel in 1996, 33-21, losing to Kansas State in 1999 24-20, and to Texas in 2001 47-43.
UW has not been to a bowl game since a 34-24 loss to Purdue in the 2002 Sun Bowl.
The Huskies will begin practice for the Holiday Bowl Dec. 10 in Seattle and leave for San Diego on Dec. 23.
The trip will make for a great sports weekend for UW fans in southern California as the Husky basketball team will play at USC on Dec. 29 and at UCLA on Dec. 31. However, UW reports that it does not have tickets available for those two basketball games but that they should be available through USC and UCLA.
